We are a collective of mamas + community members working toward Palestinian liberation🇵🇸
What We Do
Our Mission is to turn our collective grief into positive action by engaging, informing, and impacting our local communities through planting the following seeds:
-
As part of our mission and work, one of the “seeds” we’ve planted in our community is helping families who have recently arrived from Gaza. We are only able to do this work because of the generosity and hard work of our volunteers and community members who donate either their time, effort, network, services, money, furniture and sometimes all of the above!
-
We engage in direct action and advocacy efforts to influence policy to hold political leaders, companies, and other parties accountable to their part in the Genocide in Gaza. From petitions to demonstrations, we encourage civic participation that pushes for real change in support of Palestinian liberation, human rights, and self-determination.
-
Collaboration is at the heart of our work - we build strong relationships with local organizations, businesses, faith groups, and advocacy networks to amplify our impact and strengthen the movement for justice.
-
We host workshops, promote and provide educational resources, and create opportunities for learning about Palestinian history, culture, and the ongoing struggle for justice. See our Resources Page for more sources for learning about and supporting the movement for a Free Palestine.
-
We organize family-friendly events, vigils, and gatherings that bring people together in solidarity. These events provide a space for connection and activism while raising awareness and funds our Palestinian newcomer support initiatives. See our Calendar for any upcoming events.
